Hari has 2 decades of experience in Software Quality, Testing and Project Management. Hari is responsible for implementing, managing Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) at organization-level; Coordination with internal and external auditing personnel; Initiation, Planning, Monitoring and Delivering both development and testing projects. Also, Hari is responsible for any quality and testing related training and mentoring.

With over a decade and a half of IT experience, Kaustuv Dasgupta heads Delivery and Operations at Congruent Global. He also serves as one of the Directors of Congruent’s UK entity. An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, he has successfully delivered multiple challenging projects in his tenure with the company. He brings to work a passion for value-driven engagements with customers. On a personal note, he is happiest when indulging in his love for music and cricket.

Mohan Nair has 38 years of experience in the IT Services Industry. He has successfully managed the sales operations of Indian Hardware and IT services companies across global markets and has worked with companies such as HCL, ICIM and Sify.Mohan was one amongst few who recognized the nascent Indian IT services industry’s potential to grow rapidly and ventured into the European market in the late 90’s.Mohan bagged several offshore projects for IT services from European customers. His clientele has been in the Financial Services, Retail and Telco sectors. He started the UK operations of Congruent Solutions in 2008 and since then has grown the UK operations which today include Fortune 100 customers.
